  1. Razer keyboard behaving strangely on windows 10

As the title suggests , I have a Razer Anansi keyboard and it works fine....except on startup.

Basically, my user on the PC is password protected and so when I open my PC and type in my password my keyboard does some very weird stuff.

As an example , when I press 'K' it doesn't show anything in the box where I'm prompted for my password , however should I press 'G' or TAB it appears that it has at least recognized that a key has been pressed. The temporary solution that I have found to "work" was that I would sign in to a user that doesn't require a password and then when I'm in I open the windows search bar and type normally as expected, I then log out and sign in into my user perfectly fine.

All my drivers are up to date I have checked countless times I also attempted using another wireless keyboard but unfortunately the problem remains.

I don't know if this would help , but a while back I bought a new graphics card and when I came to install it something went wrong and so I had to buy a new motherboard and CPU, also my windows 10 is activated.

I really would appreciate any help on the matter as this is something that's really been bugging me and I wish to solve as soon as possible.

    Thanks in advance.

    :)

  2. Razer keyboard behaving strangely on windows 10

Hi and thank you for the help, unfortunately I've read the article and I've either done them all or they don't apply, I also downloaded Razer Synapse 3.0 and it doesn't seem to recognize my keyboard (apparently it's not compatible) and I've cleaned my keyboard
about 2 weeks ago , I took out the keys and did a thorough clean. I went through the drivers one more time and the only driver available on the site was v.107 for windows 8 (released 30 Nov 2012) . Currently I'm using the Razer Synapse 2.0 and I've checked
that the keyboard works with and without the Synapse.

The issue is just this weird behavior at startup..... should I get a new keyboard or go back to windows 8? I don't know, If there is no solution to the problem then I'd at least like to know the cause.

    Thank you
