Windows 10: Razer Kraken Kitty Edition makes all sound stop working on my PC

I got a new paiir of Kitty headphones since my old ones mic died, and well this one after being left alone for a bit the audio just stops working You tube videos will say Audio randing error, please restart your PC.it very annoying the headphones even have audio like lag, tho my old ones had audio lag as well just not this bad I don't know what to do I hope yall can help.

• Restart your computer.
  

• Check if “Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)” is selected as the default output device in the Windows Sound settings. Launch the 7.1 Surround Sound software and select the output device where you would like to apply 7.1 Surround Sound on.
  

• Ensure the audio jack is properly plugged in. Check for dirt or debris in audio ports and on the audio jack. Try the headset on different computers to check if your USB ports or drivers are the issue.

Razer Kraken 7.1 not shown as making sound in the windows sound mixer

My Razer Kraken 7.1 despite making sounds (from apps, sites, etc.) for some reason isnt shown as doing so in the windows sound mixer.

(yes i have the latest drivers for it)

 

Razer Kraken Kitty Edition not being detected as Audio Device. HELP!

I have been messing around with this for a few days now. I reset my pc. I plug in my kraken kitty headset & I get this pop-up. I have restarted the pc several times. When I plug in the headset, it does install Razer synapse 3. But when I restart to finish setting up the device, it never works.
