    Re-assigning a Windows 10 Pro key is not working


    I am replacing a workstation with a Surface Pro. The workstation is running Windows 10 Pro, the Surface has Windows 10 Home.


    I removed the Pro product key from the workstation and applied it to the Surface. I get a message that indicates the activation was successful, however, it does not update to the Pro edition. What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks but I don't want to do any decrypting. I want to download a Win 10 ISO from Microsoft and install it using my Win 8 key. No other steps required. Is that possible?

    Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

    I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...

    I just did a deployment last night with a fresh 10 install using the newest ISO and a 7 Pro key, worked like a charm. Glad yours worked for you as well. *Toast :toast:
