Using CCleaner i removed some of the pre-installed non-removable windows apps such as alarms & clock, get help, maps, etc. i reinstalled them from the MS Store. I dont have a restore point, and i cannot seem to find the get help app from the MS Storei need a link to it.Will this affect my pc as i know some apps are integrated or will be integrated from the future?. For now the apps seem to run fine, i dont want to have a missing link in the future

Mail app will not open on 10041.

    Hello Adam,

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it. Re-install of non-removable windows apps :)

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

    • Open powershell as administrator
    • Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
    • Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
