Windows 10: re windows 10 update

When I updated windows in November 2020 I lost all my printer drivers and couldn't get them back. I ended up getting another pc and stopped the updates so I wouldn't loose everything again. Can anyone help me get my windows 10 printer drivers back or suggest solutions. I was told by a Roland Verso Studio BN20 technician that I'd have to reinstall windows 10, I didn't want to do this as it meant I'd have to put all my programmes back on again, very time consuming.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
