We purchased your MS software. It stinks, and we,, the buyers, who trusted MS to provide a worthy product has been and probably still is laughing themselves, doubled-over, all the way to the bank. What does one say? I hope your money makes you happy enough and gives you peace so that you all can sleep at night.

    :)

I beg you to fix the Feedback Hub

    Hi Jeff,

We would like to ask you a few questions for us to better assist you. Please provide the following information:

    • When did the issue start?
    • Were there any recent changes made to your system prior to the issue (updates, software installations, etc.)?

In the meantime, we suggest performing a reset for Feedback Hub application by following these steps:

    • Got to Settings and click System.
    • Click Apps & Features on the left pane of the screen.
    • Select Feedback Hub then click Advanced options.
    • Under Storage usage and apps reset, click Reset.

We'll be waiting for your response.

  3. Thank you for the prompt response

this is great info but I have questions:
#1 how do you get to the "advanced start"page at reboot? I don't see any steps fpr that. #2 it talks about a windows recovery disk. Since mine was an automatic upgrade to windows 10 there is not a disk to insert and about the USB recovery how would I get that? Maybe it would just be better to delete windows to and go back to windows 8? This whole mess is just really frustrating for non- techie people. #3 my start up window icon doesn't work at all since windows 10 deleted it it so it took me 15 minutes to try and find this "recovery" step since settings isn't an available option on my default list(in case others are having same issue) is there an easier way to find it?. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thank you for the prompt response

Hello Kat, and welcome to Ten Forums. Reading all the complaints, the response to feedback is thank you. Evidently, you are... :)

Q1) The tutorial link in step 1 of OPTION ONE can help show you how to.

Q2) You could create a recovery drive or Windows 10 USB to use.

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4...dows-10-a.html

    (recommended) https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2...dows-10-a.html

Q3) It would be better to create a new thread in the forum for that issue instead since it's not related to this tutorial.
