Windows 10: Reading Book Log Template/App

Does Microsoft have a 'reading book log' template?I always see on social media these digital reading book logs and wonder how I could create my own. However, Microsoft Word/Excel/OneNote etc do not have any templates available or have any of the tools available to create such a thing myself. I've looked into buying templates online, but none are compatible with Microsoft, only Apple. Other laptop brands such as; HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer and other brand laptops are just as popular, so how come its impossible to create or find something like a reading book log? Do these laptop owners not rea

Greetings!

Does anyone have a recommendation for a Metro oriented APP that allows reading of a Comic or Manga like, well... a real book?

Call it a first world problem but I just got myself the original The Ghost in the Shell in physical form but with the notoriously terrible lighting conditions in my flat ( still recovering from the costs of the 1TB Surface Book PB purchase ) I was wondering if I couldn't just download and read it on the larger AND perfectly lit display of my Surface Book.

FSX log book

There are several reasons why the log book on Flight Simulator X is not saving the flight records. It can possibly be due to a network connection error or your profile or the gameplay data did not sync properly to your account. To properly isolate your concern,
please clarify the following information:

• Are you trying to play the Microsoft Flight Simulator X or the Flight Simulator X Steam Edition?
• Have you made any changes to the game prior to the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to resolve the issue?
• Does the same issue occur when playing the game using a different profile?
• Have you tried to play the game using a different device?

In the meantime, you may follow the steps below to learn more about the logbook in Flight Simulator X:

• Go to the main menu of the game and click Learning Center.
• Click on the Index tab and select L.
• Under Logs, click on Using a Logbook.
