  1. Readyboost on Windows 10 'System is fast enough' when System Disc Too Slow

I want to enable Readyboost on Windows 10 but it says 'System is fast enough'. And enabling superfetchsysmain is just not helping.

The maximum speed of my C:\ is 16 MB/sRead, with an average of 1MB/s, so it shouldn't have been fast enough.

I copied the system from my old computerbought in 2008 to this very slow discmarked Designed for Windows XP lol for backup in 2015, and now I am using it on my laptop, trying to fix my Windows. There seems to be no good ways to manage it on Debian, which was also installed on my laptop.

  2. Readyboost on Windows 10 'System is fast enough'

    Hi,

I have a Dell Laptop. It has 2 GB of ram, and a 32GB SSD, which is not upgradable. I have a 32GB USB3 flash drive that I want to use as Readyboost. It works on a different system. Is it possible to free up HD space and speed up my system doing this?
How can I get the system to allow the Readyboost option?

  3. Windows was reinstalled, since that Readyboost isn’t working

I use an old slow computer, it is Dell 11 and an eMMC drive that is also very slow. To help with this problem I used Readyboost. But then I reinstalled Windows and the system won’t allow Readyboost saying than the computer is fast enough. But nothing
has changed, I still have an old slow machine. Can I make Windows enable it?

Readyboost on Windows 10 'System is fast enough' when System Disc Too Slow

Readyboost-Yes, I searched. For a system with 4 gigs ram

yes, exactly. lack of ram causes too much HDD access, so this is a workaround for that. it doesnt make a fast system faster, it makes a slow system less laggy.
