Windows 10: Real-Time Protection

Discus and support Real-Time Protection in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; So I wanted to turn off my Real-Time Protection, however it won't turn off.     Real-Time Protection


    So I wanted to turn off my Real-Time Protection, however it won't turn off. Instead it flips back up immediately after turning it off. I've tried to view the group policy but the run app won't open it. I've tried editing it with RE but nothing works. I also have done a factory reset with the drive but the McAffee antivirus is still there after everything I did.

    Windows Defender Real Time Protection

    I did all the step and delete the MsMpEng.exe but still it doesn't turn on Real Time Protection any suggestion please??

    Real time protection re-enabling: I have a problem with Windows Defender. When i try to turn it on, it automatically turn off. I tried everything to fix it. There is an error too screenshot below. Its not only real time protection, there is more options with the same problem. I wasnt installing any programs...
