    REally bad wifi reception on my laptop


    Hi everyone


    I'm in an airbnb in Italy and we have wifi. My husband accesses the wifi no problems with his Mac yet my Dell laptop with Windows 10 just can't hang onto the connection and keeps dropping out. I have to hotspot the laptop through my phone data and even that is really bad! Why the difference and is there anything I can do about it?

    Bad Wifi Reception in WINDOWS 8.1

    I feel wifi reception is very bad after win 8.1 update, If you are 5m away from wifi router, internet connectivity is lost..

    OS Version : 8.10.14176.243

    Mobile : Xolo Win Q900

    I have a doubt too, is it because of my phone hardware or Win OS ??

    Bad Wifi Reception in WINDOWS 8.1

    why would the reception be bad because of the operating system?

    your phone has only ever had 8.1 on it, so it is either bad quality or an issue with its own firmware.

    talk to the company that makes your phone.
