Windows 10: Realtech cardreader not working after Windows 11 upgrade

I own a Dell laptop G5 15 5590 and I can not use the built in SD card reader since the update. When I put the card inside windows makes the charatteristic sound that a device has been plugged in but nothing is showing up in explorer.I tried updating all my devices driver but I also can not menage to find the card readere in Device Menager, please help me understand whats happenig.BIOS is also up to date

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

Lenovo, All in One PC, CardReader not detected

Original title: Lenovo, All in One, PC. W10 CardReader

CardReader is listed in device manager, but I can not find a way to use it. Is there a setting I need to change to make windows automatically detect new devices, hardware etc.?

 

RealTech Audio issue with skype calling

I have updated the RealTech HD Audio driver to the latest version. I then deleted the RealTech Device from my PC and restarted. I was able to Voice Record from my PC . But when I log into Skype, within a few seconds of a call, my microphone goes mute automatically.
Sometimes when I choose the Call Quality (within Skype) I can choose the RealTech device and the mute shuts off for a few minutes. It then mutes itself within a few seconds. I have the Anniversary Update of Windows 10. Please help me resolve this problem.
