Windows 10: Realtek Audio Console not opening. Gives error "Cannot connect to RPC service."

I've been having a problem with my external speakers not working. My Internal speakers that are inside my gaming laptop are working. I have Windows 10 Home Version 2004. The other laptop we have which is not a gaming laptop has Windows 10 Home as well but with version 1909. We try unplugging my external speaker wire that plugs into your audio jack on the computer and we plugged it in into the other laptop and played a video on YouTube and my external speakers started working again like normal but when I plug the speaker wire into my speaker jack only my internal speakers work not my external. My speaker icon at the bottom of my screen says High Definition Audio Device but it used to say Realtek Audio Device or something like that. My laptop manufacturer is ASUSTek Computer Inc. Just got this gaming laptop 5 months ago and don't really know much about computers when it comes to fixing issues like this. Looking for some help or ideas.

After a recent windows update, I don't know exactly which one, Realtek Audio Console stopped working, it takes about one minute loading, than a message is displayed "Cannot connect to RPC service." I'm currently unable
to configure some sound features like 5.1 and 7.1 sound.

My computer also had another audio control software installed, called Nahimic, but I have removed it, because I don't use it anymore, since it not always work properly.

I've also tried the steps from another thread "Realtek Audio Console not opening. Gives error "Cannot connect to RPC service.", the software worked until I restarted my PC, and does not work anymore.

I hope someone can help have this problem sorted out.

Hello, I have a problem with the realtek audio console program, I have removed all the drivers with the Display Driver Uninstaller software and after rebooting the system, reinstalled and installed realtek audio console that worked, but after the system
restart has stopped working, "can not connect with the RPC service "and now I do not know where the problem is that the program is freshly installed and after the system reboot no longer, I have windows 10 1809.
