Windows 10: Realtek Audio Driver Issue

My Realtek Audio Driver Keeps reinstalling and uninstalling itself off my Laptop. This happened around 2 months ago, every time I opened my laptop it would disappear off my device managers. I would reset it and it would reappear. Now when I try that it doesn't work.

Around every 2 weeks it will randomly occur, but closing my laptop (physically), shutting down, or restarting will guarantee to remove Realtek audio. I've tried reinstalling the driver on both the Realtek site and the Laptop Model Driver site. But it will blue screen me if I try to add it as legacy hardware. Even if it appears in my device manager, it will not work as it is "out of date". If I try to update it, it will be another blue screen. 1. How do I go about fixing this as to my understanding this a normal Windows 10 problem 2. If I use a Bluetooth headphones (I Do not own any), will it connect without the need of Realtek

Audio driver issue (realtek)

I have hp 15-bc008tx, windows 10 creators update.

As you all know it comes with b&o play which is the main culprit in my issue. I found an solution online( link at the bottom) which suggested me to remove realtek HD audio driver (default) and go with high definition audio driver from Microsoft and to uninstall
realtek from control panel. I did as said and audio worked fine for one reboot no issue whatsoever but from the next reeboot onwards though the driver is still high definition (Ms) issue came back. I repeated the steps ,again fine audio for one reboot and
messed up for next reboot. I guess even though realtek is uninstalled it's somehow loading in the subsequent reboot. Please help me changing driver everytime for a movie is not enjoyable.

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
