Windows 10: Realtek Audio Drivers Missing Again

My Realtek Audio Drivers randomly disappeared overnight again, I did not install anything that would hamper it, just out of the blue, in the morning, when I played some music, the audio played through my monitor speakers rather than my headphones. I suspect it would be the Windows Update that didn't give me a notice of updating since I checked through the logs and surely enough, there was an update the night before. I had this problem 3 months before, though I wasn't sure what solved it, since I ran a Windows Update Assistant and a bunch of other things prior and it just kinda solved itself This time, I tried running the Windows Update Assistant again, which only states that I am up to date, I tried running a system restore to a previous Windows Update which didn't work, I made sure I installed the correct audio drivers from my motherboard TUF Gaming B360M Gaming Plus S and that also did not work. I read some other articles on the matter and I looked up if the Realtek HD Audio Universal Service was running on my PC, which it wasn't but the DCOM Service Process Launcher and RPC Endpoint Manager was from this article: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/insider/forum/insider_wintp-insider_devices-insiderplat_pc/realtek-audio-console-not-opening-gives-error/428d86bd-0fac-46d7-8a8f-eac9a4543e0b. I just can't seem to figure out why the Realtek Audio won't run. Am I supposed to wait for a new Windows Update in hopes that they fix this issue? As far as I'm aware, I tried every article suggestion on this matter besides the one that requires me to download 3rd party software to solve it. I did a full reset on the PC as well with a new Windows system installed ? but that did not seem to do the trick either. Some help on the issue would be very helpful.

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.

Everyone that post ids, need just do these steps and you will be good. I kinda tired of keep on uploading the inf. file

additional if you want dts audio and others, install it now before next step.
After it is done, restart the PC
