Windows 10: Realtek Audio not isn't detecting my headphones?

I bought a pair of steelseries arctis 3s and when I plug them in my computer shows no response to me doing so, no notification that something has been plugged in or anything. I've found a temporary solution that fixes my problem only until I turn off my computer or it automatically goes into sleep modeI go to update my drivers for realtek and browse my computer for drivers, then I select from a list of available drivers and select "High Definition audio" This seems to fix my problem temporarily Other things to note: I have no access to the Realtek software anywhere on my computer when i go to

Realtek HD audio headphone jack not listed separately in device manager, headphones don't

 

Realtek HD Universal Driver headphone detected but no audio

hi,

i have installed "Realtek HD Universal Driver6.0.9363.1" from my manufacture mobo





When i connect the headphone to jack 3.5 front panel, the device is total recognize but i have not any sound

Also Realtek audio console detect the headphone but not audio at all.How can i fix ?

Headphones not working and Realtek HD Audio Manager

• Did you check if your headphones work on other device?
• Did you check if your headphone drivers are detected under Device manager?

I suggest you to check if similar issue persists on connecting the same headphones to another computer. If the issue does not persists, I suggest you to check if the headphone drivers are detected under Device manager by following the steps below:

• Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard select
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand Audio inputs and outputs option and check if the headphone drivers are visible in the window.
• Right-click on the headphone driver and select Update this software
  option.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the update to complete.
• Close the window after the update is complete and check if the changes are effective.

If the headphone drivers are not visible, I suggest you to download and install the latest and most compatible driver software from the device manufacturer’s website and check if the issue is resolved.
