Windows 10: Realtek audio not working randomly

Windows 10 btw. So for some reason my audio isn't working on my dell g7 laptop. It's strange because i can restart my computer and i'll have sound for a bit then it'll stop working. Realtek doesn't even show up in the sound mixer or device manager. I've tried uninstalling the device and drivers and installing the latest version and it still does the same thing; works for maybe 15-20 minutes, shows realtek in device manager and everything, and then it's just gone. Not showing up in device manager or anything. Really at a loss here, any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Go to Device Manager>Sound,
Video and Game Controllers.

2. Right-click Realtek High Definition Audio and
Update Driver Software.

3. Browse My Computer for Driver Software.

4. Under Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer, select
Install High Definition Audio Device.

5. Once it’s finished, repeat steps 1-4, and then install the
latest RealTek High Definition Audio Version.

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
