Windows 10: Realtek HD Audio manager detect headphone but don't add it.

Hi.when i plug in my audio output jack to my front panel case jack Realtek detect the device but don't add it.It goes like this step one : then I hit the next button and I select headphone but after that it gets like that How ever it works when it plug in audio input jack.Hope I got answer :/Thanks for all :

• Did you check if your headphones work on other device?
• Did you check if your headphone drivers are detected under Device manager?

I suggest you to check if similar issue persists on connecting the same headphones to another computer. If the issue does not persists, I suggest you to check if the headphone drivers are detected under Device manager by following the steps below:

• Press Windows logo + X keys on the keyboard select
  Device Manager from the options.
• Expand Audio inputs and outputs option and check if the headphone drivers are visible in the window.
• Right-click on the headphone driver and select Update this software
  option.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and wait for the update to complete.
• Close the window after the update is complete and check if the changes are effective.

If the headphone drivers are not visible, I suggest you to download and install the latest and most compatible driver software from the device manufacturer’s website and check if the issue is resolved.

Realtek HD Audio is not detecting my Headphones.

Let have your headphones working, follow the steps below:

• Open Realtek HD Audio Manager.
• Click the small folder icon in upper right corner.
  
  
  
  
• Tick the box next to Disable front panel jack detection.
  
  
  
  
• Click OK button.

If all else fails, we recommend that you contact a technician to have your 3.5mm panel jack check for faulty hardware.
