Windows 10: Realtek HD Audio Manager Doesnt Appear In Control Panel

Okay before i start writting anything

Computer:

-Surface Book

-Windows 1809


1) Ive already installed the msi update drivers for the surface book from the microsoft website

2) already uninstalled and updated drivers from the device manager

3) went to microsoft update catalog and downloaded pretty much every single fall update driver 6.0.1.8335 and installed the cab file none which made realtek audio manager hd appear

4)MY AUDIO WORKS ONLY NEED REALTEK AUDIO MANAGER TO APPEAR

5)went to the realtek folder and tried troubleshooting the application for compatibility mode

6)Realtek doesnt answer emails they dont have audio drivers


So all i really am looking for is a way to make it reappear in the control panel cause audio works and when i go to the sound tab it appear that realtek audio sst works i went to the realtek folder and tried running all of the exe files but none of them open it almost feels like windows is blocking it on purpose cause it makes no sense it doesnt run i went to realtek website they dont have the audio drivers which is shocking like why wouldnt they have them i tried contacting them a whole week has gone by they havent answered all i need is the audio manager to be able to switch between audio and mic cause it reads my microphone as an earphone and without realtek i cant make the switch

My Realtek HD Audio Manager Won't show up at all in the control panel

I can't seem to find my Realtek HD Audio Manager in my control panel after doing a restore point, and i have no idea how to get it back any help please?

It seems that the DTS Audio Control Panel is the software that manages your Realtek HD Audio Manager. For us to verify this, please go into Settings > Personalization > Taskbar. Under the Notification area, click Select which icons appear on the taskbar. If
this page shows the information as shown in the screenshot below, then it is indeed the software that manages your Realtek audio card.





If you preferred using the RealTek HD Audio Manager, then we suggest that you get in touch with the device manufacturer for assistance.
