Windows 10: Realtek HD Audio Manager is not Working or Opening

Hello,

Since Yesterday my audio drivers have issues,

First my headphones got disconnected,
I check it out to find when i decrease or increase volume in the Windows Volume mixer there is no audio coming out from the laptop of mine.
I then check my audio drivers were up to date,
when i tried to open Sound from the start menu an error pops out, saying Windows doesn't have permission to do something , access denied. and along with this message there is some Code also appearing with the pop up error,
some error Run32dll error
and also when i immediately opened Device manager that also wouldn't open with the similar error poping up,
I'm attaching Screenshots below for your reference,
Today i tried to uninstall my Realtek Audio Driver and downloaded and installed an audio driver from the Realtek website itself,
once it got installed i tried to open Realtek HD Audio manager which didnt open,
i tried to open it via control panel, through the main folder , start menu but each time the manager doesnt open up,
also when i connect my headphones the realtek audio manager doesn't open up,
And once again for the sound mixer and device manager these errors are poping up,

I have already tried uninstalling the audio driver and re-installing or restarting, I've tried many options but nothing seems to work.I'm totally lost and have no idea on that i should do next
I twice scanned my PC for malware and everything has been totally cleared,
Please Please help me with further advice and instructions on this issue

Realtek HD Audio manager will not open?


I've tried opening it in Crogram files. I also tried pinning it to task bar and then trying to open but that didn't work either. I uninstalled the Realtek driver through device manager and then reinstalled the drivers on HP. I also downloaded Realtek HD audio manager from Realtek's site but still no luck. When i search for realtek hd audio manager on my laptop the only result is DTS audio control. When i click on sound and then microphone properties the realtek enhancements tab is blank. The only thing you see is "disable all enhancements".

 

Troubles opening Realtek HD Audio Manager

Did you follow the tutorial to reinstall Realtek Audio Manager? There are other steps there too to try.
