Windows 10: Realtek Speakers are not connecting to G15 computer

I have a Dell G15 5520 that I've owned since mid 2023. The audio worked completely fine for about 6 months, but starting about a month ago the computer has randomly refused to connect to any audio devices that I try. This includes both the Realtek speakers that came with the computer and multiple sets of headphones, both wired and Bluetooth. I've tried every plausible solution I could find, including doing about a thousand driver updates and restarts. Nothing seems to be working. In the Sound section of Control Panel, the speakers/headphones won't even show up, so I can't change anything from

Dell G15 Special Edition Laptop not detecting speakers

Hi,

Recently my Dell G15 laptop speakers have stopped detecting. They no longer appear on the speaker options and I can't seem to find them in any setting. As of now I can't listen to anything on my computer without headphones and I can't find the speakers anywhere.

Speakers and headphones work at the same time

• Does your speaker work normally when connected to your desktop?

please help (realtek R speaker problem)

i have been going nuts trying to fix this.

my laptop speaker has not worked and I have tried all the following steps:

1. reinstall audio drive
   
2. update to the latest audio driver
   
3. rollback audio driver
   
4. tested different sound formats
   
5. checked to see if realtek r is set to default
   
6. checked to see if realtek r sound was enabled
   
7. checked to see if the sound was muted
   
8. troubleshooting
   
9. turning off audio enhancements
   
10. restarting.
    

this has been a small problem, from time to time the speakers might work, but a lot of the time it doesn't.

when I try to play a game or watch a youtube video, there is no sound, yet the speaker icon depicts that it is fine.

when I use the settings to test sound, the sound bar shows that there is sound but there is no sound coming from the speakers, I don't

know if this is a hardware problem, but I have tried researching and nothing has worked.

if you think there is a solution, please help.
