Windows 10: Realtek won’t download from the Microsoft Store

Discus and support Realtek won’t download from the Microsoft Store in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; Everytime I try to download the Realtek Audio console it says error 0x803fb005.     Realtek won’t download from the Microsoft Store


    Everytime I try to download the Realtek Audio console it says error 0x803fb005. But it shows up on my start and I press it and it still doesn’t download. I really need the sound effects, is there any other app I can download so I can get them.

    microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

    Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    I suggest you to reset Windows Store Cache and check if it helps.


    • Press Windows Key + R key to open run box.

    • Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.
