    Rebooted from a bug check


    Hi,I've had the following error come up a couple of times over the past few day and I have no idea what's causing it.The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007e 0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff803ab2b5aea, 0xffffb78bb55789c8, 0xffffb78bb55781e0. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 1acd58a1-2b09-4cb1-a94c-3e01f822bc6d.I've tried to upload the dump files, one from today and one from yesterday but Windows is saying I don't have read p

    Reboots possibly due to Bug Check

    Update - I am marking this thread as Solved since my computer has stopped rebooting in the middle of the night. I am not sure what the cause was or why the reboots stopped. I did uninstall and reinstall the Intel iGPU driver and have since updated the driver to v30.0.101.1994 which was released on May 14, 2022. Based on review of Event Viewer, I thought the reboots may have been caused by a Bug Check event but MrPepka suggested it was the Intel UHD 630 graphics driver. I assume he determined this by reviewing the DMP files I provided. Thank you MrPepka

    Bug Check Reboot

    Hi, thanks for that information, and after doing the steps the issue still persists? if same and since the error is pointing out the dxgmms2.sys which is your graphics card, there might be a hardware-related problem with your graphics card, in this case, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues or try another Graphics card just check.
