    Receipts sent to me in error


    I keep getting receipsts for someone else sent to me at my Apple address.


    Firstly, why? Doesn’t Microsoft confirm email addresses before sending receipts?


    Secondly, why would Microsoft not send all receipts to the Microsoft address needed to use its services in the first place?


    Thirdly, why is it so hard to explain this to a human? The chat system doesn’t cover this problem. Even this forum doesn’t have a heading for the problem.

    i sent receipts sent to me by e-mail to my receipts folder and now they are gone how do i recover them and keep them from being deleted again

    Can't print pdf from online receipt.

    Hi Shelly,

    For us to get a better grasp of your query, kindly provide us the following:

    • Does this happen only with printing a receipt or different PDF files?
    • Did you get any error message?
    For the meantime, try to boot into safe mode and then try to do the same action of printing the receipt to PDF.

    We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
