Windows 10: Receiving BSOD error in Windows 11 after 22H2 update

22H2 Update

The 22H2 update did not work. I received an error code which unfortunately I did not write down. I did a SFC/Scannow and it corrected errors. Then when I tried it again it still would not install but the error code disappeared. Now the 22H2 does not even appear as an update. How do I solve the update problem. I had Windows 10 and upgraded to windows 11, not a clean full Windows 11 install.

 

Windows 11 22H2 update issues

Hi,

Approximately 1 week ago I had received notification that Windows 11 22H2 was available for download/install. The notification was under Windows update and an icon was displayed on the tool bar. I attempted to perform the update, and the update went to the point of restart. After performing the restart, I received an error message stating that there was a problem, but I could try again later. I apologize, I cannot recall what the error code was, but I do remember it was. It was something like 0xC1900101, but I'm not positive. Since receiving that error, the 22H2 update is no longer being offered. I have had no issues with Windows 11 21H2.
