  1. Receiving MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS BSoD

    So I was moving my computer back to my main desk and setup because I took it with me on a trip. After setting everything back up on my computer at my desk, I noticed that after booting and logging in, my computer was installing drivers for my keyboard, webcam, mouse, mousepad, just about all of my USB ported devices that I plugged in not their usual port that I had before moving my computer to a different place. I shrugged it off because I occasionally plugged in a wrong thing in the wrong port here or there before.

    But then I kept getting the repeated BSoD error “MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS” every time I am booted in for about 3 minutes or more (even in safe mode). I should also note that my keyboard and mousepad’s RGB were flashing on and off from their idle light setting state as if they were being cut from power on and off.

    I am receiving this because all of my drivers were messing up because I plugged in the wrong usual stuff in my USB ports?

    BSODs - MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS and SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

    Hi, I've started to see few BSOD recently with message MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS and yesterday even with
    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. I suspect that it's a issue of some driver, but I haven't updated any recently, so I have no clue which one could be the cause. Could you please advise?

    Minidumps and output of MSInfo32 is here: bsod.zip

    Thanks.

    7 different BSoD

    Hey guys,

    I have a serious problem. I make it as short as possible:

    • system runs 100 % fine with the 10.12
    • updatet to Catalyst 11.1 -> BSoD
    • updatet to 11.1 Hotfix -> BSoD
    • rollback to 10.12 -> BSoD
    • removed ALL AMD files manually, installed 10.12 -> BSoD
    • Temps are fine
    • no sfc /scannow errors
    • no chkdsk errors
    • Prime, Furmark all fine
    • regardless what driver I install -> BSoD
    • I did no hw changes, no OC
    Here are my BSoDs I receive:
    • 0x0000010e
    • 0x1000007e
    • 0x0000007e
    • 0x0000004e
    • 0x0000003b
    • dxgmms1.sys
    • PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
    They all refer to the GPU of course ...

    From now on I receive a BSoD every time I try to play a game (especially BC2 and SC II) even if I completely remove the old driver and make a clean install.
    Apparently the 11.1 damaged my system irreparable.

    Any advice or info would be very much appreciated *Smile Receiving MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS BSoD :)
