Windows 10: receiving no email links

Brink I am still not receiving any email links from ten forums .my wife gets on my pc while i am at work in the morning and emails her sister plus some friends I am wondering if maybe she unknowingly clicked on the unsubscribe link on win. 10 forums by mistake i asked her and she says no but she doesn't know much about a pc in fact thats all she gets on is my e mail. can you check and see if maybe that happened and correct it please. thank you Jerry

• Which application or program are you using to access your email?
• Have you encountered any error message?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

If you are using the Windows 10 Mail app, we suggest that you remove your email account and re-add it.

linked email connections not working

Suddenly am unable to receive emails in 3 linked email servers, yahoo, gmail, outlook. nothing is received not shown in folders.

tried to re connect link of the 3 but in outlook no save or other select icon appeared to complete the connection.

the windows mail icon does list the 3 servers as connected but they are not displaying any mails/messages.

my yahoo account is daily filled with 40-100 new spam emails at least. Today, nothing.

Please send any suggestions, please.
