Hello, I've received the following error for my Wi-Fi adapter: "Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter." I've tried all the solutions found here - another microsoft post of the same issue - and here - the microsoft guide for network issues, including completing a Network reset. For some background to how I got to the issue: I couldn't connect to the wifi on the device despite being able to connect to it on my phone and another laptop, so I followed the Microsoft guide I linked above which eventually led to me uninstalling the wifi adapter and restart

    :)

Windows couldn’t automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter

I have an HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G3 laptop. Today I've found out that all my network adapters don't work — I can see WiFi Networks and when connecting i have Limited connexion for all cards aven for mobile
or shared connexion via my mobile. The last time it worked fine for sure was two days ago and no updates for winndos during the last 3 days,

Windows troubleshooting gives me the following error:

Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter

I've found several similar topics on the Internet, but no solution works for me. Here's the list of what I've done with no success:

    1. Re-installed the drivers with lastest update from manufacturer website
    2. Reset the TCP/IP stack (How to reset TCP/IP by using the NetShell utility).
    3. Run "netsh winsock reset".
    4. Disabled the IP Helper service.
    5. Disabled IPv6 on all my adapters.
    6. Disabled and then enabled the adapters in the device manager.
    7. Added the DhcpConnEnableBcastFlagToggle flag to the registry.
None of the above seems to have any effect, symptoms are still the same. I'm unable to find anything else on the Internet and out of ideas myself. Any help is highly appreciated.
