Windows 10: Recent Activity, more then 40 unsuccessful attempts to log in globally in the last month,...

I haven't gotten any alerts because the attempts were unsuccessful. I know this question has been asked before but it was locked. I'm just wondering if there is anything else to be done. I have multiple ways to authenticate login, though I have not enabled 2 factor authentication, simply because microsoft already asks me for multiple emails to send verification codes to or to reenter passwords and pins and security questions so often it takes me forever to log in to anything. Even when passwords are savedit's literally the only reason why I started letting my password be saved.If it was a fe

So many unsuccessful sign in attempts on my account

Throughout this entire week, numerous of my accounts have been hacked, or at least someone has attempted to hack them and some may have already been hacked that I don't know of. When I checked my microsoft recent activities there is a VERY long list of unsuccessful login attempts all from different ips at different times and sometimes different locations, should I be concerned? Thanks

Sadly, there's no alerts for unsuccessful sign-ins so you'll have to keep updated with recent activities either in your phone app or desktop.

If they were unsuccessful that's OK. Its when they're successful that you have to immediately change your password. Two Step Verification is also a good thing to have whether the sign in attempt was successful or not *Smile
