recent documents not showing on application tiles in start menu

I have just had my PD updated with the Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.418)

On my start menu if I right clicked an application tile it would list the most recent files which had been opened.

    Very usefull!!!

This has now dissapeared and I have to open the app, and then find and open the file.

Anyone, How do I get this feature back please?

M.S. has also added a pop up window on the search icon at the bottom, which has some of the apps shown that are on the start menu. The right click to display last opened files does not work here either. This new menu seems to me a pointless waste of space as it mostly repeats the start menu. I cant see any use for it, other than cluttering the desktop and adding confusion to what was a concise search facility.

    :)

No recent document for applications on start menu

These list of recent files are called Jump Lists. Windows 10 still has them, but now you get them by right-clicking on the application on the Start menu (or on an application pinned to the taskbar).

If you can't see a jump list this way, check that 'Show recently opened items in Jump Lists on Start or the taskbar' is turned on in:
    Settings > Personalise > Start

NB: Be careful with this setting. The way to clear all Jump Lists is turn this setting off then back on again.

No recent document for applications on start menu

    Hi!
I used to have Windows7 for many years and lately I upgraded it to Windows10.
On Windows7 I used to have for the application on start menu a black arrow right and when I hover it, I see the recent files I used (see attachment from Windows7 - red circles for the arrows):

Now at my laptop with Windows10 I don't have these arrows.
Any suggestions how can I make them appear again?

Start menu tile groups -- On one pc only first two groups show up

I have upgraded three computers to Windows 10. On the first two, the start menu shows app tiles in three groups. The first group has calendar, email, edge browser, etc. The second has games, news and entertainment.

The third group appears to have a tile for every application and program that is installed. However, the third computer only shows the first two groups of tiles.

Also, I don't know if this is related: When I type the name of an application, usually the system quickly infers which application I mean. But the third computer does not know about "Word" not "Office Word". For Word, it only suggests Wordpad. It does know
    about "winword", though.

Also, the start menu has a list of recently used applications. Most applications in this list also have an associated list of recent documents. But the third computer never remembers that I have recently used Microsoft Office 2007 Word, and never offers a list
    of recently opened/saved documents.

How can I make the third computer behave like the first two?
