Windows 10: Recent Windows 10 update breaks Steam

I seem to notice a trend here. Anyway, some recent update Windows 10 did completely broke Steam, except for my Steam library if I even manage to log in. I've done possibly everything you can think of. If you can find it on Google, I tried it and it didn't work.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Quantum Break is coming to Steam, Windows 7 supported and boxed retail.

"We have confirmed with Remedy that the Steam version of Quantum Break will support Windows 7, meaning that the game will support DirectX 11, and will not be a UWP game. "

Windows 10 Update completely breaks Steam

This is a big shocker. The most recent Windows 10 update completely broke Steam. After starting it up, a few minutes later I blue screen and get an "unexpected kernel mode trap" error. This is complete bull, and I demand that Microsoft fixes this problem
immediately. I had heard rumors you were going to be breaking steam and other platforms to try and force users to download games off of the Windows Store, but I thought it was just conspiracy theories. Now I see you are a bunch of degenerates that sabotaged
millions of people's computers for your own personal gain. If you do not fix this, I, and many others, will file a class action lawsuit against you.
