Windows 10: Recommend actions for customized software

FreeSO is a fork of the EA game The Sims Online. It has many clones. The client has issues with mouse capture and keyboard capture that captures the "paste" function into the client. This is my 2nd time notifying MS about this issue, the first time the MS employee wanted me to perform diagnostics free of charge. I dont work for MS so thats just an absurd request. Thank you for your attention to this matter

Windows Defender, Actions recommended

For two days now I've had the actions recommended on windows defender highlighted. Everything is green in the security details, and I am given no suggestions on what to do to get rid of it. What do I do?

Can I customize the list of suggest apps in the "Open with" menu?

You can't use it to add additional programs, only to set default programs.

Interestingly for me it shows nothing for text files:








Then if I want to add a portable app like Jarte Plus to open with context menu windows doesn't like it.





It's not present and is near impossible to add even via "look for an app on this PC"
