Windows 10: Recommend Defragger for SSID?

Discus and support Recommend Defragger for SSID? in Windows 10 Performance & Maintenance to solve the problem; I'm told the Windows 10 Defrag utility is useless for SSID drives. Any truth to this?     I'm told the Windows 10 Defrag utility is useless for SSID drives. Any truth to this? If so, what is an alternate utility I can use?
