Windows 10: Recommended Troubleshooter

The automatic troubleshooter has stopped working in my HP Windows 10 desktop. I have it set on "Run Troubleshooter Automatically" but below that it says " Last checked: never" and there is no troubleshooting history? Any suggestions other than reinstalling Windows?!

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):

Troubleshoot a faulty GTX 1060

The first time around I tried to check the temperatures using MSI AfterBurner, but the log file didn't register any value for when the GPU went down, just a bunch of normal lines followed by a bunch of blank lines.

The PSU is a Seasonic S12-II 520W, it should be enough and it has good reviews. It has already been suggested to me to check it out, but I don't know how.

I feel a bit awkward about dumping the mobo BIOS.. maybe I'll get to it in the next few days; could you recommend a good step-by-step guide?
