    Can not record audio.

    Hi,

    We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

    • Type troubleshooting on the search box.
    • Click View all.
    • Select Recording Audio.
    • Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

    Albums not appearing in album list yet songs are listed?

    Read it again garym123...

    TomBrad95, when attempting to assist, asked if I had an "unknown" album in my albums list. I confirmed that and I also confirmed that the unknown album was displaying in both the albums list and songs lists.

    If anything, the unknown album is doing what I want every other bloody album to do!
