  1. Recording audio problem

I'm trying to record audio from a browser using Audacity. It will record audio using a microphone but not using the "line inputs" i.e. realtek. I enabled the Stereo mix Realtek device, restarted and it still won't recognize the browser as the input to audacity. Then I ran the settings trouble shooter for recording audio and it reported that one or more audio services isn't running: "both the windows audio and the windows audio end point builder services must be running for audio to work correctly. at least 1 isn't working".

I don't know if this is related to my original problem or not. thanks Mickey

    :)
