How do o get my recovery key? Im in bitlocker because i hit tge wring key in restorring my laptop. I purchased my laptop on ebay

Hi. Thanks. I appreciate the Dell suggestion which one tower is but not sure I understand what your comment is. We found an app that recovered the last 3 digits of key and we are up and running at least on server.

 

Recover BitLocker key from Key ID

It doesn't work. The specific device I need to recover the key is not on the list, neither an option to retrieve the BitLocker code using its Key ID as the blue screen says.
