Windows 10: Recover settings/apps on Windows

So I recently updated my Windows from 7 or 8 to 10. I also deleted many files of which I don't recall because I was having a frustrating issue with my server. Anyways, now that I want to open simple files such as my photos, they won't open at all. Or if I attempt opening them another way (through file explorer), a pop up message shows up saying "The app didn't start." So then I try "opening it with an app option" and select always use this app in the future & still nothing. How can I fix this? Please understand I can't open any of my apps that were already installed on computer (ex. camera, calendar, store, weather etc.) PLEASE HELP ASAP

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
