Windows 10: Recover User after Freshstart

I've just performed a freshstart, I want to know if it's possible to recover the user I've had second thoughts or if somewhere it has saved my previous files. I made a bad decision and really hope that it can overrided.Please, get to me soon. I've been sobbing over this choice.

Freshstart

As I said in my original query,

"When opened it has a file called "RemovedApps.xml" which contains a list of apps supposedly removed.

But they are still there!"

And in answer to your query as to whether I have done a freshstart, the answer is an unequivocal No!

I haven't done a freshstart at all, in fact, up until today I didn't know it existed...

As I also said I have the tablet set so it doesn't do stuff without permission.

According to the file properties it was created yesterday at 23:52 and I was in bed then...

All I did around then was sit in bed reading a book in the Kindle app, and I moved a few book files from the "My Kindle content" folder as the number of books in there was slowing it down from opening.

Where the heck the Freshstart folder came from is a mystery!

Hi, can anyone help with a query re Win 10 running on a Surface Tablet?

This morning a tile appeared on my tablet's "Start" panel.

It the usual Blue tile and has a file icon on it with "Freshstart" below it.

When opened it has a file called "RemovedApps.xml" which contains a list of apps supposedly removed.

But they are still there!

What's going on?

I have my Tablet set not to update without permission.

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.
