Windows 10: Recovering a digital license key?

I recently swapped out a bunch of hardware, including the motherboard, on my rig and now I can't transfer the OS. It's a 100% custom build and Windows has never "come with it," I'd always individually bought the OS. I'd bought Windows 7 or 8 previously but took advantage of the free upgrade to Windows 10 when it was available. Now I no longer have the physical copy of Windows I'd purchased and I can't find a way to access a digital license from when I upgraded to Windows 10. My PC is registered on My Account - Is there a way for me to access that anywhere on the Microsoft dashboard? I can't justify dropping more money for something I already previously owned.

Thanks for your suggestion. I solved the problem with my License Key with Belarc Advisor Software. The Digital License code was a numeration that Microsoft Corporation has given to all that have Windows Account specially to those that has free upgraded
to Windows 10. Under the Digital License appears the original code.

When you upgraded from a previous version of Windows or receive a new computer preinstalled with Windows 10, what happened is the hardware (your PC) will get a digital entitlement, where a unique signature of the computer will be stored on Microsoft
Activation Servers. The Windows 7 or Windows 8 genuine license you were previously running will be exchanged for a diagnostics key.

Anytime you need to reinstall Windows 10 on that machine, just proceed to reinstall Windows 10. It will automatically reactivate. You will prompted to enter a product key a couple times through the installation, click I don't have
a key and Do this later.

There is no need to know or get a new key, but if you have issues with Digital Licensing or the Activation Troubleshooter, you can utilize an existing Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1 product key you already own to
reactivate if necessary. or use the reset function in Windows 10.
