Windows 10: Recovering password in Win 10?

Thru a series of errors, my computer is in safe mode, internet access denied and normal steps to get to a command prompt have failed. Screen showing is password login screen, don't have the password.


Two part question: 1 is there a way to get past the password screen and into the desktop and 2 is there a way to access the internet while in this condition

Windows Password


I can use the Windows password on my Win 10 64 bit computer. I can not use it on my 32 bit laptop. It says the Windows password is incorrect when I try to enter it on the laptop. Any suggestions? I can not recover the password on the laptop.
