Windows 10: Recovering Windows from EFI file

For a few days I have not been able to access my PC with Windows 10. It all happened after a hard reboot I did because it was unresponsive, after which it started a disk checkup which I couldn't skip.After a few more hard reboots and me allowing the disk checkup to continue, it started showing 2 blue screen errors alternating most of the time. One being:There isn't enough memory available to create a ramdisk device.Error code: 0xc0000017And another one being:The operating system couldn't be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors.File: \WINDOWS\System32\drivers\tc

Does not work on a windows pc which is what the OP probably intended

windows by default does not have HFS and HFS+ based hard drives.
Able to perform retrieval on both HFS and HFS+ based hard drives. and so will not work with windows
