Windows 10: Recovery D: ALMOST FULL

Computer running VERY SLOW so I decided to do some clean up. Went into storage there to see what I could do. The RECOVER STORAGE shows really full so I decided to investigate. I know you've got to be careful in this area of the computer so I was just investigating to start with. Once I clicked on it, there were multiple folders listed. All of them were basically showing empty (pictures/documents/etc) but the very first folder is "OTHER" and is almost full. When I clicked on it said it couldn't find any files to show me. How is it full at 16.9GB but doesn't have any files to show me? And how do I clean it up?

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),

  attrib -h -r -s /s /d D:\*.*
• Press Enter to execute the command.

If you think that there is nothing important stored in it, then we suggest that you reformat your D drive so that you can use the free space for important files.

You can follow the steps below to start with the process:

• Click on the File Explorer.
• Select This PC.
• Right-click on your D drive, then click on Format.
• Follow the on-screen process to finish formatting the partition.
