Windows 10: Recovery files

I change my username file when watching this video https://youtu.be/Cm-b9I8SVoU. I was forced into a temporary file. I went to deleted the unsure username which in the end i found out that it was my main profile with .bak at the end.

Another issues is I cut n paste my documents from onedrive, encounter an error n I skip it. The file totally disappear from onedrive.

[HELP]Image recovery issues

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
