    hey i had just downgrade from window 11 to window 10 and al my program are removed my graphic card setting is also not showing in menu bar. also not the software that comes with my hp laptop. but there is a file name window.old in my c drive is it any how possible to recover my programs and my amd graphic card. by any mean please help me out with this.hp laptopmodel no :- 15g-br011TX8gb ram 1tb hddi5 processor

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
