Windows 10: Recovery Partition on Windows

Hi,
I'm using Acer Predator Triton 500 and I had an issue regarding not being able to launch the factory default Predator Sense App. After trying every solution, I tried to restore the system to a time the app was functioning. In the process, an error occurred and I could no longer boot into my computer, being stuck in the boot loop. After trying every possible solution, I found my only solution to install a fresh windows. After doing that, I tried going to the System Recovery Mode pressing Alt + F10 for Acer laptop while booting and under the Advanced Option, where it should allow me to reset the computer to my factory settings, the option is no longer there, although the drive is still present. Can I still reset my laptop to the factory settings since I really need those factory apps as I haven't been able to download the PredatorSense app.

P.S I did try to reset the PC to factory state before doing a clean wipe Several Times !. It was unsuccessful.


Can anyone guide me if this is possible ?

How To: Create recovery partition.

it worked when i copied all the files of the disk to the recovery partition i created, but i had to use WinPE tab to add the entry.

Type: WIM Image (Ramdisk)
Name: Recovery
Path: Z:\Sources\boot.wim
and hit Add Entry
I tried it in VirtualBox and it worked.
At first, it would add a second "Windows 7" entry to the list, but when the installation is finished, the old one is deleted. (I formatted only C: partition)

Hello, I see that you are having issues with recovery partition. I would suggest you using the diskpart command in the command prompt. First, open up the comand prompt as an administrator, then type in diskpart. Now, type in list disk, and look for the

To create a Recovery Partition, follow the steps below:

• Click Start menu.
• Type Recovery then choose Create a recovery drive.

Plug in an empty USB stick and follow the instructions that will be shown on the screen.
