Windows 10: Recurring BSOD Critical Structure Corruption

Hello! First time posting here so hopefully I cover all that's needed.

I've been getting semi-frequent blue screens on my year-old desktop for several months now, never frequent enough to be able to really pin down a source, but just frequent enough to be frustrating. It only seems to happen when the machine is essentially idle- when I'm watching videos for example. It's never happened while playing even the most system-taxing games for hours at a time. The error it gives isn't very clear about what's wrong, nor does eventviewer really give any hints. It does mention the bugcheck of 0x00000109

I've run a memory check and a system check through command prompt in the past right after this same bsod, with everything coming back clear. I'm not sure if this is a hardware issue or if a driver is causing the issue. It appears to be getting slightly more frequent as of late, but still has at least a week or two between occurrences. Aside from these blue screens, the system is completely stable.

Windows 10 64-bit

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 980Ti
RAM: 16GB

BSOD Critical Structure Corruption




And there were no yellow or exclamation points in Device Manager....just a long list of items repeated which I don't understand why.













I did zip the last full Memory Dump and uploaded it to Google Drive. Link was in previous post. Did it not work? Although I can reboot into normal state to really use computer without BSOD Crit Struc Corrup I need to stay in safe mode.

Thank you for your advice. I attempted the installation of the latest BIOS version as you suggested.

Unfortunately, after updating the BIOS version, I am still seeing the BSOD with the error of critical structure corruption with the computer. I have attached the updated DM log file, hoping that you could provide further suggestions.

Thanks so much for the help.

I removed the two 1GB memory modules and run the machine with two 2GB memory modules as you suggested. Unfortunately, the computer still experiences similar frequency of "Critical Structure Corruption" and BSOD. I have attached the updated dump file to help further troubleshoot.

I have also did the memory test with memtest86. As shown in the image below, no errors were found for the RAMs.

In the past with Windows 7, this computer was very reliable. I haven't seen BSOD with this computer with Windows 7. The BSOD issues arose only after I updated the computer to Windows 10. Since last post, I have also updated the computer to the latest Windows 10 version with "Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant". But the upgrade did not solve the BSOD (critical structure corruption) either.


Could you provide further suggestions? Your help is much appreciated!
