  1. Recycle Bin location listed doesn't exist

Every time my user's computer boots up, they get:

Recycle Bin location listed doesn't exist e90c6f3f-4cf1-426f-8f34-7d8a3bb7e593?upload=true.png

The \\dpmmsla\carolk location was removed physically more than six months ago.

When I check the properties of the Recycle Bin, under "Recycle Bin Location" is listed \\dpmmsla\carolk.

How can I remove the \\dpmmsla\carolk?

I tried CMD as admin "rd /s /q \\dpmmsla\carolk" and got access denied with two different admin accounts.

Is there a registry listing? I tried to find, could not.

    Thank you.

    :)

    recycle bin

    Hi George,

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

    • Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
    • Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
    • Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
