Windows 10: Red cross on desktop files and folders

    I was wondering why there's a red cross on all the files and folders on my Windows 11 desktop, whenever I open a folder and the bar on the top starts loading green bar it never completes the action. I think this has something to do with OneDrive? I use my PC storage so I unlinked my OneDrive a while ago, how do I get it to work properly on system storage?

    Files with red cross

    All the files that I created recently have a red cross on them. This refers to different formats (Excel, World, PowerPoint). What is it and how to get rid of this red cross? Thank you.

    File Explorer: Red circle with a cross on folders

    Hello,
    I'm using Win 10 Pro 20H2 (19042.572)
    In File Explorer: What does the red circle with a cross on the folders (Documents, My Letters, One Drive...) mean? (see attached image)
    BTW, when I launch Outlook, the following message appears: "Unable to start microsoft office outlook. Unable to open outlook window."
