Windows 10: Reedemable code for Minecraft Bedrock edition not sent to my Outlook account.

I havent received an email with the 25-digit code of the redeemable Minecraft bedrock edition. I went to the Mojang website where the redeem option was available, I clicked and it sent me directly to a another tab where a 25-digit code is supposed to be inserted, I checked my mail to insert said code but I havent received any code after 30 minutes, tried doing it again and I still havent received said code. Is this some sort of bug or what is going on?, thank you and hopefully someone can help me with this issue.


P.S. I already checked my spam folder

Minecraft Bedrock edition

My friend installed the free trial of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and after about a month he bought java edition and got a free code. After he redeemed it sent him to the Microsoft store where it told him to buy it even though he was logged in and when he
tried to type the code again it just says its already redeemed. When he launches Minecraft Bedrock it tells him to buy it again and there is no way to uninstall it. So he basically bought a game that he can't play (Java edition works).

I recently attempted to redeem a code for Minecraft bedrock edition, I've had Minecraft since 2013 and it says it sent the code to my main email although it dose not appear anywhere and I cant find any way to resend the code. Is there anything I can do or
do I have to contact Microsoft/Mojang directly?
