    When trying to access Tui site i get the following message:

    Access Denied

    You don't have permission to access "http://www.tui.co.uk/" on this server.

    FAILED 18 Times - Windows 10 Upgrade

    Hello,

    Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

    As per description, you are unable to upgrade to Window 10.

    I would suggest you to follow the steps from the article created by Andre Da Costa and follow the steps from the link given below and check.

    I understand the inconvenience you are facing in accessing the audio form TV after upgrading to Windows 10. Do not worry we will help you in resolving the issue.

    This issue might have occurred due to corrupted/ outdated drivers after upgrading to Windows 10. Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter
    checks for common problems and makes sure that any new device or hardware connected to your PC is installed correctly.

    • Press Windows key from the keyboard, type
      Troubleshooting and select it.
    • Click on view all option on the upper left corner of
      Troubleshooting window.
    • Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
    • Click Next to run the Hardware and Device
      Troubleshooter.

    Step 2: Refer to the Microsoft help article, try the troubleshooting steps mentioned and check if it helps.
